Problem
What was broken, and for whom?
Kids Island only existed as a YouTube channel. For parents, there was nowhere to learn the brand's story, its values or whether it was right for their kids. Arabic-speaking families had no home at all in their own language. For partners, there was no clear way to reach the team. For the team, every small text change would have needed a developer. The site fixes all three. It gives the brand a trustworthy home that works in both languages, shows the newest videos automatically, collects messages in one inbox, and lets the team edit everything themselves.
